About Box Hill District Main Image

The district of Box Hill is an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly. It lies within the North-Eastern Metropolitan Region in the upper house (the Legislative Council).

NEW State Electorate Boundary - reminder:

Every two election cycles a redistribution is undertaken to ensure each district has about the same number of enrolled voters, giving Victorians equal representation in Parliament.

At the calling of the November 2022 election, the boundaries of the Box Hill district will change to include Box Hill South, Burwood and Blackburn South whilst losing the areas of Balwyn, Canterbury and most parts of Surrey Hills.
